Standard Process
The Standardized Process we implement involves four (4) primary steps:

Due Diligence Request List and Data Room set-up: Practice to provide data from request list via data room.

Practice Questionnaire: Practice to participate in weekly meeting with AHA during Assessment Phase.

Live “Diligence” Meetings: Template agenda with recurring weekly meetings.

Access to Data: Practice to provide AHA access to certain tools (like EMR, Accounting System, etc.) where AHA can pull recurring reports.
